I have known Claudio Priolo for over the past 10 years through his ministry at New Life Community Church and their partnership with my school. He provides support, coaching, and mentoring on a continual basis. Personally, he has provided me with resources and supports that have led me to personal and professional growth. As a school community, he has facilitated dynamic leadership training and coaching for those upcoming leaders and has opened the door to Transformational Leadership for my team. I appreciate and value my time with him! RoxAnne K. Williford MC, LPC, Executive Director Sierra Schools of AZ

I met Claudio about ten years ago. What I have found out over those years is he is a good listener and does not interject his thoughts into your conversation. I have taken advantage of his coaching skills over the past few years and find myself, after having poured my heart out with what to me was a crisis above reproach, I realized that just talking to Claudio, the coach with his attentive demeanor, you feel much more at ease and your challenge, issue, or crisis isn’t as bad to get through as it appeared. He lets you find your way forward without a bunch of clinical jargon, and you leave at peace and with a sense of direction. Dave T., Arizona

Claudio was very instrumental in helping me decide whether to go out on my own and start my own construction company. He coached me in helping me realize and uncover all the ins and outs of what the transition would do for me and my family. He continues to this day to coach me on all sorts of stuff and decisions and how to navigate through relationships in my current company. He just seems to ask the right questions at the right time to help me process things. Frank R., Business Owner, General Contractor, Connecticut

Claudio has an inherent passion to help people move from good to great, problems to solutions, obstacles to freedom. He asks great questions and listens attentively. After listening, instead of being preachy or pedantic, he becomes a partner who walks with you toward progress and perspective. Spending time with Claudio always results in greater clarity, optimism, and direction. For anyone that feels stuck or looking to level up any aspect of their lives, I would highly recommend spending time with Claudio. Brad H., Restaurateur, Canada

I met Claudio when I went to work for him at a church in CT back in 2006. His coaching spirit and desire to see me flourish, opened up my world to many opportunities. He has always been for me a coach professionally in my career and a coach spiritually in my journey. I have changed jobs over the last few years and have always kept in touch with Claudio to talk about things that I needed help with, to feel uplifted, and for his coaching guidance. Because of his encouragement and coaching, I am now going to school to receive my ministry license, and all that God has for me. Andre’ B., New York

I had the privilege of meeting Claudio at the age of 17 when I was in a dark space in my life. I was in my junior year of college and was struggling with the idealism of perfectionism both physically and mentally. I had hit rock bottom denying an eating disorder for over 5 years which had landed me in the hospital with major stomach surgery. After recovery, friends, and family knew I needed guidance in my life with the help of an outside source. That’s when I met Claudio. He had no judgment for what I had gone through, just compassion and an open ear to listen to what I was feeling. Claudio and I studied through the 7-book series S.A.L.T. (Seven Areas of Life Training) to help me understand the meaning of how God fits in all pieces in my life. Claudio and I studied and met for over a year and continued through my senior year in college. He consistently reminded me that God loves me and I am worthy enough for his love. Claudio also kept pushing me to strive for more but also was my biggest fan. My senior year was coming to a close and I needed a student teaching placement. Claudio referred me to what was formerly known as Aurora Day School which is a special needs school that runs out of the church building. Little did I know that this student teaching placement has led me to: graduating with honors from GCU with a Bachelor in Special Education, earning my Masters in Education, now in my 7th year teaching with Sierra School of Peoria (Aurora Day School), becoming the lead teacher of the school and working with the leadership team. But none of this could have happened without the mentorship, coaching, and constant meetings with Claudio. He has guided me through my life journey and continues to. I am blessed that he continues to show me God’s goodness and pushes me to be a better version of myself. I always thank God for Claudio for allowing him to guide me through that dark time but also putting in so much time in bringing me up in my faith, career, and life choices. Claudio is an incredible human being. As a senior in high school, my father was incarcerated. While it was only 90 days, it was the toughest thing I have ever had to experience. Claudio reached out to me during that time, and really helped me navigate through it all. He has been a close family friend for over a decade now, and I could not speak more highly of him! He is so authentic and real. Not only does he talk the talk, he walks the walk, and I encourage you to walk with him! If you’re reading this, stop here, and reach out to him now. I can promise that you will not regret having him in your life. Josh S., Michigan

It is with great pride that I provide a testimonial for my brother Claudio as he launches his Life Coaching Practice, “The Way Forward Life Coaching of AZ, LLC.” As I type that, I am struck by the fact that although this company is a new launch, I have been the fortunate beneficiary of Claudio’s advice and sage guidance for all my life. Life Coaching is in his blood. As siblings, we have always had the blessing of a close relationship. However, as I matured and developed professionally and personally, Claudio became my touchstone. Any time I was at a crossroads or found myself struggling, frustrated with a decision or a change, Claudio was there with patient listening (which sometimes was all I needed!) as he helped guide me to my solution. I would highly recommend Claudio as coach because I enjoy, as he coached me, his quiet, kind presence. He is receptive and perceptive so when he reflects back to me my discoveries, he has the uncanny knack of saying just the right thing to generate an ‘Aha’ moment. I would encourage anyone wanting coaching and support in achieving their goals to get in touch with Claudio and talk things through. Grace M., New Zealand
